Student Honor Code
By enrolling in Courses on E-demia Academy, you agree to abide by this Student Honor Code, in addition to our Terms of Service.
1. Academic Integrity
You agree that:
- All work you submit (assignments, quizzes, projects, exams) will be your own, unless collaboration is expressly allowed.
- You will not cheat, use unauthorised materials, or attempt to gain unfair academic advantage.
- You will not share answers, solutions, or assessment content in a way that helps others cheat.
2. Use of AI and External Tools
Where Courses permit the use of AI tools or external resources, you agree to:
- Follow the specific rules set out in each Course regarding permitted and prohibited tools.
- Acknowledge and cite your use of external tools where required.
- Not misrepresent AI-generated content as entirely your own original work where this is not allowed.
3. Respectful Conduct
In all discussions, chatrooms, and collaborative activities, you agree to:
- Treat other learners, instructors, and staff with respect.
- Not engage in harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or abusive behaviour.
- Not share content that is violent, explicit, or otherwise inappropriate for a learning environment.
4. Misuse of Course Materials
You agree that you will not:
- Copy, distribute, or publicly share Course materials without permission.
- Sell or otherwise commercialise Course content, assessments, or solutions.
- Record or redistribute live or pre-recorded sessions in violation of instructions or copyright.
5. Reporting Concerns

6. Consequences of Violations
Violations of this Honor Code may result in one or more of the following actions, depending on severity and circumstances:
- Warning or formal notice.
- Invalidation of assessments, grades, or certificates.
- Removal from specific Courses without refund.
- Suspension or termination of your E-demia Academy account.
- Referral to your employer or institution (where applicable).
- Other actions permitted by law and our Terms of Service.
